Architectural Technologist

We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Siauliai. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1600 per month, and includes a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy of drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information for drawings and plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and revise drawings as needed based on feedback from project team
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
