We are hiring a Nepali waiter to join our team at a busy restaurant in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while taking and delivering food and drink orders. This is a contract job with no English language requirement, making it an ideal opportunity for non-native speakers. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Serve food and drinks to customers with attention to detail and presentation
- Provide recommendations on menu items and suggest upsells
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with restocking supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred (open to all nationalities)
- Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English or Nepali (or both)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary of $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
