Mason - Construction Worker


We are a construction company based in Las Vegas, seeking a skilled Mason to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures using various types of bricks, concrete blocks, and natural or man-made stones. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and laying out tools and materials
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, chalk lines, or marking gauges
- Mix specific proportions of cement, sand, and water to create mortar or grout
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, or stones according to designs or patterns
- Cut bricks or blocks with saws or chisels to fit spaces as needed
- Apply finishing touches such as smoothing rough surfaces and filling gaps with mortar
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of building materials, tools, and techniques used in masonry work
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills
- Own visa (if not a U.S. citizen)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian candidates who can speak English fluently. Accommodation will not be provided for this position. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in the United States.
