Hotel Sales Manager - Ashdod, Israel



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and developing strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with hotel management to create attractive packages and promotions
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients for group bookings
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel brand
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and mentor junior sales staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of local market trends and competition
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)

Salary:
This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided but we can assist you in finding suitable housing. We also offer free visa sponsorship and flight ticket reimbursement upon successful completion of the contract.
