We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Sheduva, offering a salary of 1200$. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various building projects. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a vital role in bringing our clients' visions to life. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirements
- Develop initial design concepts using hand sketches, 2D/3D computer models, and other tools
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and functionality
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and software

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant software
- Proficient in creating detailed construction drawings including plans, elevations, sections etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail with a creative mindset
