Façade Technician

As a façade technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior of buildings in Kaunas. You will be working with a team to ensure that structures are safe, aesthetically pleasing, and energy efficient. This position requires attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work at heights. Previous experience in construction or building maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect building exteriors for damage or wear and tear
- Repair or replace damaged facade materials such as glass, metal panels, and cladding
- Seal joints and seams to prevent water leakage
- Apply coatings or finishes to protect against weathering
- Install insulation to improve energy efficiency
- Operate equipment such as scaffolding, lifts, and power tools safely and effectively
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction or building maintenance
- Strong physical condition to work at heights and lift heavy materials
- Knowledge of different facade materials and their installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Kaunas

This position is open to candidates of any nationality who are legally allowed to work in Kaunas. Part-time positions may also be available for students.
