Merchandiser for Fashion Retail Store in Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our fashion retail store in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts to attract customers and increase sales. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our store is always stocked with the latest trends and products, while maintaining a cohesive overall aesthetic.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies that align with the store's brand image and target audience
- Collaborate with buyers to select new products and create product assortments
- Create eye-catching displays and layouts to showcase products in an attractive way
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and customer preferences
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all merchandise is accurately priced and labeled
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a fashion retail environment
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and market demands
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across departments
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and making informed decisions about product placement

Preferences:
- Indian nationality preferred due to language proficiency, but not required
- Experience working in Abu Dhabi or the UAE
