Merchandising Assistant (Abu Dhabi, UAE)


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Merchandising Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, development, and execution of effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, ideal for individuals without prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing merchandising plans that align with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandising initiatives
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Support in the development of visual merchandising concepts and presentations
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for product assortment based on market demand
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales data, product performance, and inventory levels
- Provide support during product launches, promotions, and events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis without prior experience
