Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Vianden. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network and system security. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Maintain network and system security by implementing security protocols
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all technical procedures and solutions for future reference
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to provide the best support possible

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and security issues
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-tech savvy individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1600 per month.
