Sales Manager - Indian Market
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As the Sales Manager for the Indian market, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with clients in India. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, presenting our products and services, negotiating contracts, and managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the Indian market through market research and networking
- Present our products/services to potential clients through various channels (e.g. phone calls, emails, online demos)
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g. marketing, customer service) to ensure client needs are met
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Salary: $1100 per month + commission
