As a Concrete Worker for our company in Vilnius, you will be responsible for the construction and maintenance of concrete structures. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as mixing, pouring, and smoothing concrete
- Set up and prepare construction sites for pouring concrete
- Assist in the installation of rebar and other support structures
- Operate power tools including saws, drills, and grinders
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Concrete Worker or in a similar role
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of proper construction techniques and materials used in concrete work
- Experience operating power tools safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
