Solar Panel Installer

We are seeking a skilled Solar Panel Installer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights, lifting heavy equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to design specifications
- Perform site surveys to determine optimal placement of solar panels
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar panel systems
- Maintain accurate records of installation and maintenance activities
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and how to use their system efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar panel installation preferred
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, construction techniques, and safety procedures
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner

Salary: $1400 per month
