Restaurant Manager (Pakistani Nationals)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff and inventory, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A Pakistani nationality is preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work full-time in Israel

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus bonuses based on performance.

Location:
The restaurant is located in Herzliya, making it easily accessible by public transportation or by car.
