Waiter/Waitress in Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks with accuracy and efficiency
- Keep track of guest preferences and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle any guest complaints or requests in a professional manner
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions to increase revenue
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship
