We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of statistical methods and tools.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis on large datasets using various statistical methods and tools
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data to inform business decisions
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience working with large datasets and performing statistical analyses
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
