We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Dubai. Our ideal candidate is a creative and passionate chef with a strong background in international cuisine, particularly Kenyan dishes. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, from menu planning and food preparation to managing inventory and training staff. You must have excellent leadership abilities and be able to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of food safety regulations and the ability to create innovative and delicious dishes that will impress our guests. The successful candidate will also have exceptional time management skills and the ability to work within budget constraints.
