We are seeking a skilled and passionate English Tutor to join our team in Lom, providing quality education and support to students from diverse backgrounds. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans, delivering engaging lessons, and assessing student progress. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$, with accommodation provided.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- Prior experience in teaching or tutoring preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and understanding attitude towards students from different cultural backgrounds

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the needs of individual students
- Teach English language skills such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Provide feedback and assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams
- Identify areas for improvement and provide additional support or resources as needed
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress or any concerns
- Maintain a positive learning environment that promotes diversity and inclusivity
