Barista - Coffee Shop Attendant (Indian Nationals)



We are seeking a talented and energetic Barista - Coffee Shop Attendant to join our team in Las Vegas, as we expand our business to cater to the growing Indian community in the city. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffee drinks, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Requirements:
- Indian national with excellent English communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience working as a barista or in the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques and latte art is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, take orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop area, including counters, equipment, tables, etc.
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food items and equipment
- Engage with customers by answering questions about menu items or making recommendations based on their preferences
- Keep track of inventory levels for coffee beans, syrups, milk, cups, etc. and place orders when necessary
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
