Junior Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work under the guidance of senior designers to create innovative and functional architectural designs. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior designers to develop and implement architectural designs
- Conduct site visits and assist with measuring and documenting existing buildings
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and models using CAD software
- Collaborate with other team members on project development and presentation materials
- Assist in researching building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Contribute ideas for design solutions and present them to the team
- Ensure all designs meet client requirements, budget constraints, and building regulations
- Attend project meetings and communicate updates on design progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong design portfolio showcasing previous projects
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations is preferred but not required
