Junior Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers to create innovative and functional designs for various projects. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior designers to develop design concepts and solutions for projects
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp to create 2D and 3D drawings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to inform design decisions
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for client meetings
- Attend site visits and meetings as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (recent graduates are welcome)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Knowledge of design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A keen eye for detail and creativity
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit or ArchiCAD

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, the second-largest city in Lithuania known for its charming Old Town, vibrant art scene, and affordable cost of living. However, we are open to considering remote work arrangements for exceptional candidates outside of Kaunas.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is not required for this position. However, proficiency in English would be an asset.
