Architecture Manager

A reputable architecture firm located in Siauliai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture and project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are completed according to specifications
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Manage team members including architects, designers, and support staff
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software is preferred
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa for working in Siauliai. This is an urgent hiring for immediate start.
