As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design plans that meet their needs
- Lead a team of architects and designers to create detailed drawings and blueprints for construction
- Oversee the selection of materials, contractors, and vendors for each project
- Monitor project progress and make any necessary adjustments to ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets regulatory standards and client expectations
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government officials
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, preferably in a managerial role
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD
