We are hiring a skilled Turner to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating machines and tools to shape metal and other materials into desired forms. You will also need to read and interpret blueprints, plan and layout work, and perform quality checks on finished products.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner in a metal or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring tools
- Ability to operate various machines and tools
- Good knowledge of safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints, drawings or specifications to determine the appropriate machine settings
- Set up machines and tools according to specifications provided
- Operate machinery such as lathes, grinders, drills, or milling machines to shape materials into desired forms
- Monitor the machine's performance during operation to ensure it is functioning correctly
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality requirements before releasing them for further processing or packaging
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks as needed
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
