Turner for CNC Machine - Nakuru, Kenya



We are a leading manufacturing company in Nakuru, Kenya looking to hire a skilled and experienced Turner for our CNC machine. The ideal candidate will be a Pakistani national with proficiency in English and will be offered a competitive salary of 1500$. We also provide free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.

As a Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our CNC machine to produce precision parts. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools and materials, and programming the machine to create specific parts.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Turner with a strong knowledge of operating CNC machines. You must also have good communication skills to understand instructions and collaborate with team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machine according to technical drawings
- Select appropriate tools and materials for each job
- Program the machine to produce specific parts
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality control
- Maintain machinery by performing regular maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production process
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations in the workshop

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Turner in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of metalworking tools, including lathes, milling machines, drills etc.
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety protocols within a workshop
