IT Manager

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company in Umm-Salal. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing our IT team, implementing and maintaining technology solutions, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security and implement disaster recovery plans
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and other technology services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East region
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and computer systems administration
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing successful teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Our company also offers free visa sponsorship and airfare for relocating candidates.
