Barber - Full Time


We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our growing team at our upscale barbershop in Bansko. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the art of barbering and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Consult with clients to understand their desired haircut or grooming service
- Provide haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other grooming services using traditional barbering techniques
- Keep up-to-date with current styles and trends in the industry
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
- Educate clients on proper hair care and grooming techniques
- Upsell products or additional services as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of haircutting techniques, including fades, tapers, and beard shaping
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new styles and techniques
- Biometric passport required for employment eligibility
