Collector vacancy in Dubrovnik Croatia

Collector (Pakistani/Kenyan Nationals)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collector to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from customers, ensuring timely and accurate payments. This role is open to Pakistani and Kenyan nationals who meet the following requirements:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in debt collection or related field
- Fluent in English (no other language requirements)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with legal procedures related to debt collection is a plus

As a Collector, your main responsibilities will include:

- Contacting customers via phone, email or in person to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers who are unable to pay in full
- Maintaining accurate records of all communication with customers regarding their debts
- Collaborating with other departments such as customer service and sales to resolve any issues that may be causing delays in payment
- Following up on payment agreements and taking necessary action for delinquent accounts
- Keeping up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Dubrovnik. This job is suitable for students looking for part-time work as well.
