IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or remote access
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and other technical issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems and networks
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology to provide efficient solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Knowledge of basic programming languages is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position. Additionally, we provide accommodation for our employees as per company policy.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who meet the requirements. Fluency in English is required but additional languages are a plus.
