Slinger - Construction Assistant


We are in need of a reliable and hardworking Slinger to join our construction team in Malindi. As a Slinger, you will assist in the safe and efficient transportation of heavy materials on construction sites. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to follow instructions, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials using cranes or other lifting equipment
- Secure materials for transportation using straps, chains, or slings
- Communicate with crane operators to ensure safe and accurate movement of materials
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs)
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Previous experience as a Slinger or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Must have valid work permit/visa for Malindi (sponsorship may be available)
