Job Title: Librarian


We are hiring a skilled and dedicated Librarian to join our team in Dickirch. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the library's resources, assisting patrons in finding information, and promoting library services.

Responsibilities:
- Catalog and classify books, periodicals, and other materials according to the library's system
- Help patrons locate materials and provide assistance in research
- Develop and maintain relationships with library users and provide excellent customer service
- Plan and organize events and programs to promote library services
- Keep track of borrowed materials, collect fines, and ensure timely return of materials
- Maintain the library's collection by ordering new materials, processing donations, and weeding out outdated resources
- Train library staff on new technologies or procedures as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Previous experience working as a Librarian or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of cataloging systems, reference tools, and online databases
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist patrons of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 900$
