Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Atlanta. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute projects from start to finish.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role. You should also have a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Developing project plans and timelines
- Managing budgets and expenses
- Procuring necessary permits and licenses
- Hiring and supervising contractors and subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Conducting site visits and inspections
- Communicating updates and progress to stakeholders
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the construction process
You should possess excellent leadership skills as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also essential for this role.
