A fast-growing fashion company in Atlanta is seeking a talented and driven Fashion Merchandiser to join our team. As a Fashion Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing merchandise that will best meet the needs of our customers. This role requires someone who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of the latest fashion trends.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify current trends, customer preferences, and competitors' strategies
- Collaborate with designers and buyers to develop merchandise concepts
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality of products
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on future purchases
- Create visual merchandising plans to showcase products in an appealing way
- Work closely with marketing team to plan promotional events and sales strategies
- Regularly review product performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize sales

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in fashion buying or merchandising
- Extensive knowledge of current fashion trends
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1100/month

Location: Atlanta, USA

Preference: Pakistani or Egyptian candidates preferred but all nationalities welcome. Fluency in English required.

Experience: Entry-level candidates without experience are welcome to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
