Factory Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Nakuru. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various machines such as presses, cutting machines, and assembly lines
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors
- Troubleshoot machine problems and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times and maintain a clean working environment
- Keep accurate production records and report any production delays or issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certificate is a plus
- Previous experience operating factory machinery preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
