We are urgently seeking experienced Factory Machine Operators to join our growing team in our manufacturing facility in Nakuru, Egypt. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. This is a fast-paced and physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery including but not limited to lathes, drills, grinders, presses, and saws
- Follow production schedules and ensure machines are set up correctly for each job
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and diagnose machine malfunctions and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Factory Machine Operator
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
