Body Repair Master - Mombasa, Kenya


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a contract position without accommodation, ideal for Pakistani or Filipino professionals with a passion for automotive repair.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Perform body work and make necessary repairs to damaged areas including dents, scratches, and rust
- Replace or repair damaged parts such as fenders, bumpers, doors, etc.
- Paint and refinish repaired areas according to manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all work is completed within specified timeframes and meets quality standards
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and materials used
- Communicate with customers regarding repair process and any additional recommendations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Body Repair Master in an automotive repair shop
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body construction and repair techniques
- Ability to use various tools and equipment for body work such as welding machines, grinders, sanders, etc.
- Familiarity with paint mixing and color matching techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently without supervision
