Junior Barista - Abu Dhabi, UAE



We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Junior Barista to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a leading coffee shop in the city, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality coffee to our customers. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with little to no experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station, equipment, and dining area
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and handle payments efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, place orders as needed
- Assist with food preparation as required
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
