Indian Executive Chef
A luxury hotel in Al-Khor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and be able to create innovative and flavorful dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, food costing, inventory management, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the kitchen. The role requires leadership skills to manage and train kitchen staff, as well as excellent communication skills to liaise with other departments and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and ability to create unique dishes
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and menu planning
- Must have authorization to work in Qatar
