Job Title: Land Surveyor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Nairobi. This position is specifically open for Indian nationals, who have a strong proficiency in English.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, creating maps and reports, and providing accurate data to clients. You must have extensive knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment, as well as the ability to interpret survey data and make recommendations based on your findings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques such as GPS, electronic distance measuring devices, and total stations
- Prepare detailed maps and reports based on survey data
- Research property records and obtain necessary permits for survey work
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate results
- Analyze data and make recommendations for land development or construction projects
- Maintain accurate records of surveys and prepare legal documents related to property boundaries

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment including total stations, GPS systems, and electronic distance measuring devices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
