Entry-Level Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager in Siauliai. This is an urgent position, with no requirement for English language skills or previous experience in the field.
As an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in hospitality management preferred)

Salary:
