Indian Administrator in Siauliai - Contract Position with Accommodation
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian Administrator to join our team in Siauliai on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring smooth operations. This is an English-speaking position, and accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports and presentations when needed
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have valid work authorization in Lithuania
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

This position is based in Siauliai, Lithuania.
