We are in need of a hardworking and dedicated Factory Line Worker to join our team in Mombasa. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the factory. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery according to established standards and procedures
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs when needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (Malayalam language skills preferred)
- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
