Hotel Manager - Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel and ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high quality service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary orders to ensure adequate supplies
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to achieve business goals
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the hotel
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage services, etc.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work irregular hours or weekends as needed

Salary: 1500$ per month

This is a contract job without accommodation provided. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport. This position is suitable for men only.
