Machine Operator

A machine operator is responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in production and manufacturing processes. They are responsible for setting up machines, monitoring operations, and ensuring the quality of products. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with machines and be able to follow instructions accurately. This full-time position is available for Indian nationals in Nakuru, Kenya.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery according to instructions
- Set up machines for production runs
- Monitor machine operations to ensure efficiency
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with industrial machinery preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Basic understanding of mechanics and machine operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
