Factory Machine Operator (Malayalee)


A reputable manufacturing company in Mombasa is seeking a skilled and motivated Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the production process. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in operating factory machines is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor various factory machines according to production specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
