Office Assistant in Herzliya, Israel
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies when necessary
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Filing and organizing documents
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinating meetings and managing calendars
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Performing general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in an international environment is preferred
Salary:
1400$ per month
Location:
Herzliya, Israel
Working Hours:
Full time, Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm
