Construction Manager

We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in planning, budgeting, and supervising construction projects from start to finish. They should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Oversee project progress and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Hire, train, and manage a team of construction workers
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and budgets
- Identify potential issues or delays in projects and develop solutions to keep them on track
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials used

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Microsoft Project
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
