Machine Learning Engineer


We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design, implement, and optimize machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and programming, as well as experience with machine learning tools and frameworks. This is a contract job with accommodation provided and is open to freshers with a passion for machine learning.

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Los Angeles (open to Indian nationals)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning techniques
- Research, design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, testing, and validation
- Optimize models for accuracy, speed, scalability, and efficiency
- Monitor model performance in production systems and make necessary improvements
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of machine learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of mathematics (linear algebra, calculus), statistics (probability theory), and data structures/algorithms
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
