Indian Hotel Sales Manager in Nairobi
A luxury hotel in Nairobi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through proactive sales strategies and excellent customer service. This position is suitable for Indian nationals with no English language requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential business partners
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Create sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, plus commission based on performance.
