Administrative Assistant in Hawalli, Kuwait
We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. This position is open to both Filipinos and Kenyans with no English language requirement. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our company's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Creating and maintaining filing systems
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies
- Drafting and editing documents, including emails and reports
- Assisting with bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. Experience is required for this role.
