Gardener/ Groundskeeper


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener/ Groundskeeper to join our team in Nairobi. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beautiful gardens and grounds of our company. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a love for the outdoors.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and watering
- Plant new trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants as needed
- Monitor and maintain the health of all plants in the garden
- Clean and maintain garden tools and equipment
- Ensure that all pathways, flower beds, and lawns are neat and tidy at all times
- Assist with landscaping projects when needed
- Communicate any issues or concerns regarding the gardens to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Proven knowledge of different plants, flowers, trees, and their care requirements
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Must be willing to live on-site in company-provided accommodation
